Синдром Рейно у клініці системної склеродермії

Abstract

The purpose of our research was analysis of the main clinical versions of a Raynaud’s phenomena depending on the form and flow of a system scleroderma (SSc). By us is inspected 120 ill with SSc. Except for clinical, biochemical, immunological and instrumental methods of diagnostic, we used clinical analysis of a Raynaud’s phenomena – frequency, duration and expressiveness of attacks behind a 10-ball scale, and also rheovasography and capillaroscopy of peripheric vessels. Among 98,3% inspected the developments of a Raynaud’s phenomena are detected. The legible tendency to a prevailation of a Raynaud’s phenomena among all ill with chronic flow SSc is watched. The Raynaud’s phenomena is most expressed at acute and subacute flow of SSc, and its developments and forecast are degraded at more long-lived flow of illness.
