Хірургічна тактика при обтураційній товстокишковій непрохідності пухлинної етіології

Abstract

68 patients were operated with different forms of obturative intestine ileus with colon cancer of different localization. Female – 57,35% gerontic age people – 66,18%, left-sided localization of tumour – 61,76% were the most. It has been established inter-dependence of the stage of ileus compensation, its form and tumor localization. We think that operation of choice in case of right sided affected colon is one stage right sided hemicolectomy with primary ileotransverzoanastomosis. In the stage of decompensation of obstruction in general it was imposed collateral side-to-side ileotransverso-anastomosis. Operation of choice is operation of Gartmanis type with colostomy for left-sided timor localization. Radical operations were carried out to 39,71% patients. After operative fatal outcome is 13,47%
