The main modern socio-cultural models of immigration in France in the late XX – 20’s of the XXI century are singled out, their characteristics and problems of implementation are established. It is proved that in the late twentieth century. The state used the model of assimilation of immigrants (monoculturalism), which provided for the integration of citizens into a single monocultural society, eliminated the division of the population on religious, ethnic, cultural grounds. It is determined that this model was characterized by sufficient efficiency before the migration crisis in the EU (2015- 2016), but due to a number of problems it needed to be reformed. It is noted that the government of E. Macron has started implementing a model of assimilation of territorial policy with elements of ethnic and cultural characteristics, which contains a number of socio-cultural programs, provides for implementation within the country. It is established that the provisions of this model are focused on taking into account the approaches provided by the content of the Republican Integration Contract, supplemented by the requirements for professionalization of applicants who want to obtain a residence permit. It was found that in the context of the reformed immigration model, a number of local programs are applied for the integration of immigrants, in which most functions of legal, socio-cultural adaptation are transferred from the competence of the republican government to local communes. |

| Abstract: | У статті здійснено визначення основних сучасних соціокультурних моде- лей та проблем імміграції у Франції в кінці ХХ – 20-х рр. ХХІ ст. Доведено, що в кінці ХХ ст. державою використовувалась модель асиміляції іммігрантів (монокультуралізму), яка передбачала інтеграцію громадян в єди- не монокультурне суспільство, усувала поділ населення за релігійною,етнічною, культурними ознаками. Обґрунтовано, що вказана модель характеризувалась достатньою ефективністю до початку міграційної кризи в ЄС (2015-2016 рр.), але через існування низки проблем потребувала реформування. Зазначено, що урядом Е. Макрона розпочато впровадження моделі асиміляційної територі- альної політики з елементами урахування етнічних та культурних характе- ристик, яка містить низку соціально-культурних програм і передбачає реалі- зацію в рамках територій країни. Виявлено, що в розрізі реформованої моделі імміграції застосовується низка місцевих програм стосовно інтеграції іммі- грантів, в рамках яких більшість функцій із правової, соціокультурної адапта- ції передано із компетенцій республіканської влади владі місцевих комун. |
