| Короткий огляд (реферат): | In experiment on 22 rats the rearrangement of the centrums during the substation of defects in a spine fragment with the hydroxylapatite ceramics in a form of granules was investigated by means of morphological studies. It was found that on the 90th day between the granules of ceramics in a zone of a centrum defect there appears a newly formed ostein. It was proved that the use of the hydroxylapatite ceramics with the aim of plastics of the centrum defects lowers the risk of the development of spine fragment deformation and enables formation of an ostein block between the centrums. |
