| Abstract: | 248 cases of relaparotomies in obstetric bleeding were analysed, 140 of them had а lethal and 108-no lethal outcome. The results obtained suggest that the total uterus extirpation with adnexa and the legation of main blood vessels are much more frequently performed in women who survived when expanding the operations volume in both the delivery and relaparotomies. It indicates the necessity of the development of more effective prognostic and treatment-and-prophylactic measures. |
