| Abstract: | We studied contents of opioid peptides (β-endorphin and met-enkephaline) in blood of 47 pregnant women and their newborns with fetal growth retardation and 15 women with physiology pregnancy period. It was proved the role of those compounds in adaptation mechanisms of mother and child for delivery stress, and resulted in their reduced concentration in maternal blood and increase in funic blood according to gravity of fetal growth retardation. |
