| Abstract: | The demographic situation in Transcarpathia is characterized bу а decrease of birthrate from 1990, at minor oscillations of death rate, the consequence is that in 1999 а negative natural increment of the population was observed. Since 2000 the tendency to а stable pattern of the population is marked. То improve the demographic situation in Transcarpathia it is necessary to solve а number of the relevant problems in medical and social spheres. |
