| Abstract: | The result of sanitary epidemiologic service activity in Transcarpathian region during emergencies, the flood of 1998 in particular, has been analyzed. This experience proves the necessity and efficiency of the Commission on Technogenic Ecological Security and Emergencies as well as Emergency Antiepidemics and Proepizootic commission constantly acting at Regional Administration. The work during this period has stressed the importance of preliminary annual training of specialists at seminars, qualification refreshing courses and at working places. During this preparatory planned period it is necessary to tackle control problems. |
