Abstract

The authors of the article consider the issues of defining of organisational–pedagogical approaches to the life–long training of workers of the custom service into the system of post–graduate education of customs officials, which is the precondition of introduction of personal–directed approach into the system of life–Iong training of workers the customs service of Ukraine and assists to the mastering of effective functioning of customs educational institutions.
