Організація самостійної роботи студентів в умовах дистанційної освіти в галузі "соціальна робота"

Abstract

Анотація. У статті розкривається специфіка досвіду організації та управління самостійною робо- тою здобувачів вищої освіти в галузі «Соціальна робота» в умовах дистанційної освіти. Обґрунтовується доцільність поєднання й застосування традиційних та інноваційних методів і форм організації самостійної роботи у процесі професійної підготовки фахівців соціальної сфери. З’ясовано, що дистанційний формат на- вчання посилює значення масових відкритих онлайн курсів, які забезпечують набуття студентами навичок самостійного здобуття нових знань для подальшого їх застосування в практичній соціальній роботі. Мета дослідження: обґрунтування необхідності використання елементів неформальної освіти для організації са- мостійної роботи майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери та доведення важливості масових відкритих онлайн курсів для самоосвіти та професійного зростання студентів. Застосування вивчення й аналізу літератури та методів системно-функціонального аналізу дозволило виокремити основні напрями удосконалення проце- су організації самостійної роботи студентів. Результати дослідження. Запропоновано комплексно поєдну- вати традиційні форми самостійної роботи з елементами неформальної освіти під час дистанційної форми організації підготовки соціальних працівників. Описано основні форми самостійної роботи студентів для забезпечення якісної підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників. Досліджено особливості застосування масових відкритих онлайн курсів для самоосвіти та професійного зростання студентів. ORGANIZATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DISTANCE EDUCATION OF «SOCIAL WORK» Abstract. The article reveals the specifi cs of the experience of organization and management of independent work of higher education applicants in the fi eld of "Social work" in the conditions of distance education. The expediency of combining and applying traditional and innovative methods and forms of organization of independent work in the process of professional training of social specialists is substantiated. It is found that the distance learning format enhances the value of mass open online courses, which ensure the acquisition of students' skills for independent acquisition of new knowledge for their further application in practical social work. Purpose of the study: justifi cation of the need to use elements of non-formal education to organize the independent work of future social professionals and to prove the importance of mass open online courses for self-education and professional growth of students. The application of the study and analysis of literature and methods of system-functional analysis allowed to distinguish the main directions of improving the process of organizing independent work of students. Results of the study. It is proposed to combine traditional forms of independent work with elements of informal education during the distant form of organization of training of social workers. The main forms of independent work of students to ensure qualitative training of future social workers are described. The peculiarities of application of mass open online courses for self-education and professional growth of students are investigated. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply comprehend the various forms of independent work, their capabilities in accordance with the norms and standards of training of social workers.
