| Abstract: | Стаття висвітлює основні світові стандарти у галузі прав дитини. Автор намагається проаналізувати сучасне українське законодавство з точки зору цих стандартів. Пропонується внести зміни до ряду законодавчих актів щодо прав та свобод дитини та механізму їх реалізації та захисту. The author considers in the article the main standards in the shere of child’s rights. The contemporary Ukrainian legislation from the point of view of these standards is analysed. The author proposes to introduces changes into the number of legislative artcicles as to the issues of child’s rights and mechanism of its realisation as well as child’s rights protection. |
