Змістові аспекти семінарів і тренінгів у підготовці фахівців з менеджменту для освіти дорослих в європейських країнах

Abstract

Анотація. Мета статті: окреслити змістові аспекти семінарів і тренінгів у підготовці фахівців з менеджменту для освіти дорослих в європейських країнах. Для з’ясування поставленої мети використано різні методи наукового дослідження: аналіз наукової літератури і документальних джерел – для визначення науково–теоретичного підґрунтя змістових аспектів семінарів і тренінгів у підготовці фахівців з менедж- менту для освіти дорослих; теоретичне узагальнення, систематизація досліджень – для визначення особли- востей організації підготовки фахівців з менеджменту для освіти дорослих. В статті обгрунтовано зміс- тові аспекти семінарів і тренінгів у підготовці фахівців з менеджменту для освіти дорослих в європейських країнах. Здійснено аналіз освітніх програм різного напряму, серед яких значний відсоток освітніх програм, спрямованих на формування і розвиток управлінських компетенцій і лідерських навичок. Наведено приклад серії семінарів, що передбачають вивчення таких проблем з підготовки менеджерів для освіти дорослих: «Основи управління персоналом», «Успішне інтерв’ю», «Ефективна співбесіда», «Проведення оцінювання персоналу», «Коучинг співробітників», «Корпоративна культура». CONTENT ASPECTS OF SEMINARS AND TRAININGS IN THE TRAINING OF MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS FOR ADULT EDUCATION IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES Abstract. The article substantiates the content aspects of seminars and trainings in the training of management specialists for adult education in European countries. The analysis of educational programs of diff erent directions has been carried out, among which there is a signifi cant percentage of educational programs aimed at the formation and development of managerial competencies and leadership skills. It has been emphasized that the peculiarity of the programs is determined by the possibility of free choice for listeners/students and the arrangement of a series of seminars, depending on the need of the listener/student to improve professional competencies. The most eff ective methods for conducting seminars are didactic games, moderation of participants' discussions, maximum concentration in practical situations, role-playing games, personal tests, group and individual work, case studies, video training, case situations, solving specifi c cases from participants' practice. An example of a series of seminars has been given that provides for the study of such problems of training managers for adult education «Fundamentals of personnel management», «Successful interview», «Eff ective interview», «Personnel assessment», «Employee coaching», «Corporate culture». It has been determined that the main goals of the educational program are the development of such competencies: management of methods, procedures and processes, development of critical and self-critical judgment; consistent possession of basic knowledge and the ability to integrate knowledge from diff erent areas and their application in the business environment; the ability to independently seek and acquire experience and integrate it with existing knowledge; autonomy in professional activities and business decision-making; ability to solve specifi c tasks of work; development of cooperation; ability to work in a group. It has been noted that certain areas and content lines of training management specialists for adult education in European countries are relevant: determinationof needs in adult education; determination of the needs of the individual, target groups, educational environment; planning and organization of work: ensuring the educational process; leadership in adult education; management in adult education, etc. Key words: adult education, specialist in education management, European educational space
