| Abstract: | The results of surgical treatment of 42 patients this obliterating arteriosclerosis on а background of diabetes which were prescribed complex antitrombotic therapy for prevention and maintenance of thrombosis of deep veins and main arteries of the lower extremitys. The role of anti-coagulantive and anti-aggregative therapies for the prevention of occurrence hemodynamical infringements in patients after operations on main vessels of the Iower extremitys is confirmed. |
