| Abstract: | Тhе level sІСАМ-1 for 60 patients bу an acute thrombophlebitis of hypodemric veins of the lower finitenesses before operation and for the seventh day after it bу а method IFA and coagulations indexes are investigated. The average level sІСАМ-1 before treatment for the men is heightened оn 75,8% (р<О,001), for the women - 81,5 % (р<0,001), compared with monitoring group, and is а little reduced after it. The outcomes of the conducted research indicate а determining role of а cell adhesion molecules in а pathogeny of an acute thrombophlebitis of hypodemric veins of the lower finitenesses and prospects of usage of а method of definition sICAM-1 в to dynamics of treatment of this disease for installation of efficiency of surgical treatment. |
