| Abstract: | The article is devoted to the analysis of genre and stylistic tendencies of short story genre in Ukraine at the end of XIXth – the beginning of XXth centuries, especially interaction of epos and drama. The structural features, chronotop, genre stylistic specificity and imagery of short story genre common to drama have been studied on the examples of short stories of Marko Cheremshyna and Vasyl’ Stefanyk. |
