Abstract:	Wе used monitoring adequacy total intravein anaesthesia based on infusion of Diprivan. The computer complex ARH-2 was applied. Оn the basis of complex was fixed the spectral analysis variability of heart rythm and arterial pressure. 32 patients were surveyed of average age of 45 years (ASA II-IIІ). The operations were executed in patients with obliteration atherosclerosis. In result of the research carried out we got the authentic data about the spectral analysis of heart rhythm and arterial pressure in determination of the efficiency of total intravein anaesthesia.
