| Abstract: | The results of examination and surgical treatment of 20 patients with TOS acute arterial complications from 1983 till 2002 were analyzed. Diagnostic algorithm included clinical examination, X-ray examination of chest and neck part of the spinal column, ultrasound dopplerography, X-ray-arteriography, thermornetry. Good and satisfactory results of surgical treatment were obtained іn 90% of cases. |
