Хірургічне лікування тромбозів глибоких вен

Abstract

Thrombosis of deep veins in inferior vena cava system is one of the most frequent and dangerous pathologies. 25 patients, aged 38-65 years, with deep veins thrombosis in iliofemoral segment were surgically treated in clinic of Uzhgorod Regional Hospital (1995-2003). The first clinical group included 18 patients with deep veins thrombosis, which was diagnosed as complication of acute superficial thrombophlebitis. In 2(11,1%) cases were performed open thrombectomies from femoral vein, 16 (88,9%) semiopen thrombectomies with crossectomy in 5 patients (27,8%) and with trunk phlebectomy in 13(72,2%) cases. One patient died on 3-d day from massive pulmonary embolism. Second clinical group included 7 patients, whom was perfomed iliocavagraphy with following implantation of cava-filter. Active surgical management in all cases has advantages in treatment patients with deep veins thrombosis. Implantation of cava-filter is а good way for prophylaxis of pulmonary embolism, when phlebectomy from iliofemoral segment is performed.
