Abstract

The bаsіс reasons of obstructive jaundice occurrence after cholecystectomy are fixed, the clinical-laboratory features of obstructive jaundice and hepatic of insufficiency after cholecystectomy are revealed. Тhе most effective diagnostic program for the mentioned category of the patients were designed. The indications and criteria of the most rational expedients of operations in the patients with obstructive jaundice after cholecystectomy were also designed. Are advanced and the new expedients of operations designed for obstructive jaundice after cholecystectomy (drainage device and expedient extemal drainage of the common bile duct. The special­ized tool to performa the operations was designed for the bleeding from hepatoduodenal ligament at obstructive jaundice after chole­cystectomy was worked out.
