| Abstract: | 213 patients were operated in connection with acute cholecystitis. Acute obstructive cholecystitis was in 97 (45,5 %) patients. With the purpose of improvement of the operation, rational usage of minimum access and prophylaxis of complications the performance padding manypulatyon of the canal is offered at performance of cholecystectomy and oblique -variable puncture of cholic bladder. |
