| Abstract: | This article is considered to examination of the material of lungs in 21 cadavers of patients, who died on the hepatocirrhosis, complicated by portal hypertension. The essential morphologies of the pulmonary system are: atelectasis; pulmonary emphysema; hyperpermeability of lung's capillary; plethora of lung's vessels. Complex of changes in pulmonary system may lead to subcompensation's failure of hepatocirrhosis, and also it may bе discerned as one of the apoptos components. |
