| Abstract: | The results of treatrnent of 304 patients with acute calculous cholangitis ( 189 female and 105 male aged from 27 to 83 years are analyzed.31.2% patients earlier operated on the bіІе cyst and ducts. For diagnostics of cholangitis except traditional Iaboratory and instrumental research methods, has used dynamic interphase tensiometry. It is revealed, that increase of its parameters is marker of severity of pathological process. In 57.4% cases in bіІе is revealed aerobic microflora, in 11.6%-anaerobic, in 31 %-mixed. After complex treatment lethality made 7,3%. |
