Abstract:	The experience of treatment 1074 patients bу а peptic ulcer of а stomach and duodenal intestine is presented. The changes of the system of а hemostasis and its link with an amount of early complications after different operations are investigated. The large safety of organsaving operations is lead up. The amount of hemorrhagic complications managed to bе lowered from 21,2 % at performance of resections of а stomach to 1,6 % after prgansaving operations.
