Abstract:	The article presents the analysis of 20 year work of emergency surgery department in the field of surgical tactics in the gтoup of asocial patients. The comparative characteristic of the data of asocial and common groups of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding of ulcer genesis has bееn carried out. The algorithm of active surgical tactics in the group of asocial patients is recommended. The social aspect of а problem of ulcer disease and its complications is in focus of the analysis.
