| Abstract: | Оn the basis of the analisys of а complex (drug and endoscopic) treatment of 135 patients with Mallory-Weiss syndrome (MWS) some of the clinical peculiarities of this disease were studied. We found out that the development of MWS is not always caused bу alcohol abuse and more frequently occurs in patients, who had chronic inflammatory process in mucous membrane of cardial part of stomach. |
