| Abstract: | The cause of 60-70% ileus is previons appendectomy. 113 cases of the cards patients who were treated for ileus in our hospital were analysed. 71 patients (62,8%) had appendectomy during the period from 4 days to 50 years before appearing the clinical development of ileus. Acute ileus in patients who undergone appendectomy in past appeared with the equal fгequency in destructive and purulent appendicities from one side and саtаrrаІ and unconfirmed appendicities from the other side. |
