| Abstract: | The problem of prognosis adhesion bоwеІ obstruction development is very important in the practical relation. lt was investigated results of researches and treatment 64 patients that were urgent operated on due to adhesion obstruction. The prognosis of peritoneal adhesions forrmation is based on definition of peritoneal damage depth at surgical intervention, microscopic estimation of peritoneal cellular elements damage degree, revealing of peritoneal adhesive properties, immune disorders and presence of microbial component. It has offered highly effective prognosis estimation of recurrence peritoneal adhesions formation for а surgical tactics choice. |
