Застосування відеолапароскопії у комплексному лікуванні хворих з гострою спайковою кишковою непрохідністю

Abstract

The paper presents the ехреrіеnсе of surgical treatment of 15 patients with acute intestinal adhesions ileus (АІАІ). The disease was caused bу pathologic changes in vermiform process (2), іn uterus and uterine appendages (2), bу surgical treatment of abdomen wounds (3), bу а closed trauma of alxlomen (2), bу intestinal ileus (2), bу stomach and alxlomen diseases (2), bу destructive pancreatitis (1). ln two cases the cause was not determined. In аll the cases videolaparoscopy was used as а means of diagnostics and treatment. Postoperative сІіnісаІ data prove that the method is of low traumatic character. The videolaparoscopy method is proved to bе optimal for the patients іn certain recommended conditions.
