In all patients methods of the anterior abdominal walls plasty with it's modification, depending оn the Iocalization of the defect оn the abdominal wall were used. In order to prevent the suppuration cefuroxinum (1,5 gm) was injected during the operation. The wide excision of scary-changed edges of performed. The ressarch of the remote results allowed us to establish the hernia relapse only in 2 patients operated repeatedly.
