| Abstract: | 135 patients suffering from obstructive colon cancer were examined. 62 of them were treated bу ceruloplasmin (СР) in the dose 1.5-2.0 mg/kg during 5-7 days after operation. Treatment results showed high detoxication effect of СР and its ability to reduce the level of postoperative complications and lethality. |
