Ефективність застосування сандостатину при рентгенендоваскулярному методі лікування гострого панкреатиту

Abstract

Article presents clinical data concerning with acute destгuctive pancreatitis patients treatment using new and maloinvazive technology - roentgenendovascular surgery and interventional radiology. Authors proposed and provided to medical practice new idea firstly in Odessa -sandostation direct intraarterial administration into the opancreatic gland parenchyma under the roentgenic control. Such way of treatment of patients with acute destructive pancreatitis is not complicated. The recovery period in such patients is shorter and easier without the episodes of acutization and afteroperational adhesions development comparing with thе traditional way of treatment of the same patients. The patients were shortly out of the surgical clinic that proved the sugnificant economical efficiency of the proposed original method of treatment.
