| Abstract: | They generalized the treatment experience of 156 patients with cancer colorectal, among which was 65 cases acute occlusion of large intestine(AOLl),when а diagnostic and therapeutic algorhythm has been worked out and introduced into practice. lt allowed to reduce postoperative fatality for 10,2% (it made 5,8%) and post-operative complications reduced from 14,6% to 6,8%. |
