| Abstract: | The results of treatment of 107 patients, who undergone urgent operation for complicated colon cancer with either іІео- or colostomy, were evaluated. Stoma necrosis and phlegmon of anterior abdominal wall are the typical complication of іlео- and colostomas. Urgent ileostomy has the highest rate of complications. "Stump" colostomy without suturing to skin is the method of choice in urgent colostomy. |
