Оптимізація комплексного лікування хворих з гострою кишковою непрохідністю

Abstract

On the basis of acute intestinal obstruction pathogenesis study treatment complex has been worked out with the aim to reduce intesti­nal wall reperfusion injury, its lumen cleansing and decompression bу means of originally constructed sound. In the course of opera­tive interventions newly developed methods of intestinal wall viability assessment, anastomosis creating and suture line defending were applied. Efficacy of planned "second looked" abdominal interventions to assess organs viability, suture line leakage prophylaxis and peritonitis management has bееn shown.
