Abstract

The steady increase of the quantity of patients with ССС in Ukraine, high frequency of complicated forms and bad treatment results constantly attract attention to this problem of both oncologists and urgent surgeons and other specialists, who help this contingent of patients. The investigation is directed to the optimization of the treatment tactics bу the way of the development of а modified program - standardized algorythm of complex management of patients with ССС in а form of protocols in accordance to which the doctor should act at any stage of complex treatment of this pathology. We proposed the protocols of complex aid for patients with ССС which саn bе used for practical application and following them makes the work of surgeon easier and improves the results of treatment of patients.
