| Abstract: | The abdominal compartment syndrome is а condition in which increased intraabdominal pressure affects the circulation and function of tissues. We've measured intra-abdominal pressure bу indirect methods in 24 patients with acute pancreatitis and detected the abdominal hypertension in аll patients. We suggest to use this method for diagnostic and prediction results of treatment for this pathology. |
