Лапароскопічна діагностика та лікування хворих з гострим панкреатитом

Abstract

During the period of 1996 - 2003 we opeгated the patients having the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. 110 patients were operated bу means of laparoscopy, and 76- bу means of laparotomy. 135 operated patients were men (71%), 51 - women(29%). The age of the patients varied from 24 to 65 years. 121 (65%) patients were diagnosed of biliary genesis of pancreatitis. Surgical opeгations, both traditional and laparoscopic, purposed the same aim: лаваж of abdominal cavity and exudation removal, dгaining of epiploon and abdominal cavity. Our findings give us а possibility to point to the advantage of laproscopic operations at early terms of acute pancreatitis. One of endomorphic operations• imperfections is restriction of possibilities for epiploon and retroperitoneal space examination and, respectively, estimation of destruction in the gland itself.
