| Abstract: | One of the oldest Transcarpathian Cyrillic old printed works is considered – a Bukvar (ABC book) published in Vienna in 1770 in the Church Slavonic language by I. Bradach, the bishop of Mukachevo. The history of the schoolbook creation is described as well as its contents and the reasons for publishing Cyrillic books in the Vienna printing house. The points of discussion (the number of Vienna old Cyrillic prints and their fate after the publishing) are emphasized. |
