Діагностика та хірургічна тактика у лікуванні хворих на гострий панкреатит, ускладнений жовтяницею

Abstract

The results of the six-year complex surgical treatment of 182 patients with acute pancreatitis complicated bу obturation jundice are presented. The biliar system disturbances were the reason for the development of acute pancreatitis in 108 (59,3%) of patients, in 74 (40,7%) the disease was of alimentary character. Edematous pancreatitis was observed in 81 (44,5%) of patients, necrotic - in 101 (55,5%). Early invasions have been carried out for 118 (64,8%) of patients. Small-invasive surgical technologies are prior in the treatment of patients with both the edematous and necrotic pancreatitis, which allow to reach abortive development of disease for the majority of patients. The most difficult are the patients with purulent-septic complications of pancreonecrosis, the mortality being 36,4% for these cases.
