| Abstract: | Personal names of characters, in particular the names of animals, is a rather numerous layer of onymic lexis. The adequate assessment of stylistic possibilities of a concrete belles lettres zoonym acquires special sopicality. At is important to clear out what role it plays in a belles lettres text and how it favours the realization of the author’s conception. |
