Abstract:	Research of 132 patients with perforation а stomach ulcer and а duodenal gut is made. At 55 patients it is investigated а spectrum of fractions serum а protein. It is established the expressed changes in fractions serum а protein which are shown gipoalbuminemieu, bу increase of fractions serum а protein afteralbumin zones, increase of the contents transferins before operation and reduction in the postoperative period, increase of quantity a2-makroglobulins and B-lipoproteids.
