Abstract:	The intestinal microflora was examined in 34 patients operated оn for acute ileus. А relationship was established between the intestinal microflora, bacterial translocation and the incidence of pyoinflammatory complications at postoperative period. Application of the proposed intestinal complex therapy had permitted to lower the bacterial translocation and reduced the number of pyoinflammatory complications.
