Дослідження лікувальної дії інгібіторів протеаз при гострому перитоніті

Abstract

Acute peritonitis is one of the most threatening surgical diseases. In our study we try to estimate curative effect of using inhibitors of proteolysis in pathogenetic therapy of peritonitis. We observed 56 patients with different forms of peritonitis both local and widespread. All patients were treated with using of complex measures which consist of surgical operation and conservative therapy. Eight patients from each group (group with local forms and group with widespread forms) were treated with addition of inhibitors of proteolysis to the base therapy. They got injections of contrical into peritoneum cavity one time daily for 3-4 days. Effect of such treatment was estimated оn the base of group of subjective and objective signs. Addition of intraperitoneal injections of inhibitors of proteolysis for 3-4 days to the base treatment of peritonitis help to the patients with this disease get well more quickly in compare with patient which only have base therapy of peritonitis.
