| Abstract: | Clinical manifestations and other methods of investigation allow to make а diagnosis of perforated peptic ulcers in 95 % cases. The surgical intervention is the better way which includes the primary stomach resection or ulcer excision bу using some kind of pyloroplasty associated with vagotomy. |
