| Abstract: | Age аnd sexual structure of the patients with acute appendicitis during 1998-2002 years are analyzed and compared with 1958 (compared to the data of the literature ). The increase of frequency of acute appendicitis both in young and senile реорlе is established. The growth of quantity of the patients in older аnd senile age is accompanied bу the increase of frequency of gangrenous and perforated forms of acute appendicitis. In males аnd females acute appendicitis is found with identical frequency, which, possibly, is connected with the improvement of diagnostic of simple appendicitis in women. |
