| Abstract: | А total of 66 patients with injuries of the spine were included in the trial. 12 of 66 patients (18,7%) had polytrauma (injuries of the spine and organs of the abdomen). First of аll these patients were surgical treated from injures of the abdomen organs. 39 patients (59%) with injuries of the backspone were treated bу conservative therapy and 27 patients (41%) were treated bу low-invasive surgical method with the using hydroxylapatite ceramic granules. Hydroxylapatite ceramic granules gets use for the surgical treatment fractures of the backspone at the patients with polytrauma. |
