| Description: | The article focuses on the analysis of actual issues of legal regulation of use of lands of the industry. Questions of economic incentives of rational use of lands of the industry are considered. The necessity of the improvement of the legislation in force with the purpose of effective use of land resources is thoroughly grounded in this article.
