| Abstract: | Тhere were studied 310 patients with obstructive icterus. In all cases the surgical care were carry out (drainage and decompression of bilious ways). Тhе hemodynamics in portal system, hepatic blood circulation in cholestasis and data of portal pressure were studied (cholangiometry) before and after surgical care. It was established that there was а straight correlation between hepatic blood circulation and portal pressure. Measured decompression is effective therapeutic and preventive operation in hepatic failure. |
