| Abstract: | Ultrasound, computer tomography and videolaparoscopy were widely used in clinic as diagnostic algorythm in treatment of 310 раtients with polytrauma. Videolaparoscopy was used in 87 cases and it allowed not to do laparotomic operations in 28 cases in patients with polytrauma. Laparoscopic operations were used in 37 patients with wound in liver, spleen, bowel. Laparoscopic operations are very effective and atraumatic and allowed to decrease mortality in patients with polytrauma |
