Досвід застосування іммобілізованих інгібіторів протеолізу для лікування експериментального панкреатиту

Abstract

Problem of acute pancreatitis - one of the most complicated in the modem surgery. Elaboration of new methods of pathogenic treatment of this disease continues. The main purpose of our work it is investigation of using for treatment of acute experimental pancreatitis the inhibitor of tripsinum (trielin) immobilized with special glue КL-3. We used in experiment 170 white rats of Vistar line both male and female. The obstructive model of acute pancreatitis was used оn this animals. In this experiment were used two ways of injection of inhibitor: intraperitoneal injection of liquid inhibitor and smearing of damaged pancreas with immobilized trielin. In result of experiment the fact was determined that trielin make а good influence оn the course of acute experimental pancreatitis among rats. Тhis effect more expressed for the inhibitor immobilized with glue. There are morphological confirmations of this fact.
